RelayMe Child Safety Standards
These standards apply to RelayMe: Link in Bio Creator, operated by ClearPath Advisory, including our iOS and Android apps, website, public creator pages and links shared through RelayMe.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited
RelayMe explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). You must not use RelayMe to create, upload, publish, promote, request, distribute or link to content or activity that sexually abuses or exploits a child. A child means anyone under 18.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos and generated or manipulated depictions of child sexual abuse.
- Sexualisation of children, sexual solicitation of children or grooming a child for sexual abuse.
- Sextortion, threats or blackmail involving a child or their sexual images.
- Child sex trafficking or any facilitation, advertisement or encouragement of child sexual exploitation.
- Links, profiles or other material that direct people to, help them obtain or otherwise facilitate CSAE or CSAM.
These rules apply to profile and cover photos, other uploaded images, names, biographies, text, cards, embedded media and external links. Displayed RelayMe photos must be non-explicit. External links do not create an exception to our child-safety standards.
Report a child-safety concern
Our designated point of contact is the ClearPath Advisory — RelayMe Child Safety team. Email hello@relayme.bio with the subject RelayMe child safety report. This monitored address accepts reports from users, members of the public and authorities, and handles questions about our child-safety practices.
Include the RelayMe page URL or username and a brief description of the concern. Do not download, copy or email suspected child sexual abuse material. Do not include unnecessary personal information about a child.
You can also contact us from the app using Share feedback or Need help?. Use the same subject to identify a child-safety report. Reporting does not require a paid plan. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency services.
How we address reports and confirmed material
We review child-safety reports. When we become aware of confirmed CSAM or other CSAE on RelayMe, we remove the content or disable access to it and restrict, suspend or close accounts involved as appropriate. Serious child-safety violations can result in immediate action without advance notice.
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities when required. We cooperate with lawful requests and handle report information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
