Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. No time limit and no card required. You get unlimited links, your own photo and bio, social icons, 5 free themes, sections, product cards, booking links and a downloadable PNG QR code for your page.
Can I show products from Shopify, Amazon or Etsy?
Yes. Add a product URL in the editor to show an image, title, price and shop button. RelayMe imports details when the store makes them available; review the card and add missing titles or prices yourself. Pro lets you upload your own product images. Visitors buy on the original store, which handles checkout, delivery and returns. Prices are snapshots, so confirm the current price at the shop.
Where can I get my page’s QR code?
In your dashboard, open Settings, then Sharing and QR code. You can download a PNG or copy your page link. Publish before sharing; if you later change your username, download a new QR code for the new address.
What does Pro add?
All 59 themes, more fonts, your own colours, cover and card images, embedded music and video, scheduled links, email collection, Insights with page views, card opens, visitor countries, devices and traffic sources, statistics exports and the option to remove RelayMe branding. Pro is $49.99 per year or $8 per month, plus VAT where applicable.
Can I try Pro looks before paying?
Yes. Explore Pro themes and styling in the editor and see the changes in the visitor preview. Saving and publishing features reserved for Pro requires a subscription.
Can I change my page address?
Yes. You can change your username in the page editor. Free accounts include one username change; further changes require Pro. Previously shared addresses may stop working, so choose your new name carefully.
Can visitors listen, watch or book on my page?
Yes. Booking cards from Cal.com, Calendly or Google open the provider’s website in a new tab. With Pro, supported music and video services can play in your page, including Spotify and YouTube.
Will my page work on a phone?
Yes. RelayMe pages adapt to phone, tablet and desktop screens, including the in-app browsers people use from their social profiles. Neither you nor your visitors need to install an app.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You can cancel from account settings. When your paid period ends, your page returns to Free styling and limits. Your links, photo, bio and statistics are preserved.
Who makes RelayMe, and how do I get help?
RelayMe is made by ClearPath Advisory in Warsaw, Poland. For help, email hello@relayme.bio. You sign in using an email link, so there is no password to remember.
